Shanghai Xinfan Industrial Co., Ltd. is our old customer who has previously purchased equipment such as 800 plastic crushers and feeders. Due to the customer company's product update, there are a large number of waste plastic blocks, which cannot be broken by a regular 800 crusher. Therefore, a new equipment capable of crushing block materials needs to be purchased.

Single axis shredder is mainly designed for thick plastic block materials. For example, waste cake like materials during preheating of injection molding machines and hollow machines, and waste materials from pelletizing machine heads. Scraped extruded blocks and edge materials during product production.

At present, the models of single axis shredders are: 600 type single axis shredder, 800 type single axis shredder, 1000 type single axis shredder, 1300 type single axis shredder, and larger models can also be customized.

The material after being processed by the shredder. Because shredders generally do not install screens. If requested by the customer, a sieve can also be installed. The discharge of the shredder is generally large and cannot directly enter the hollow machine. The screw of the injection molding machine and granulator can be used directly, and a crusher is needed for secondary crushing.

Different models of shredders can be used in conjunction with different models of plastic crushers to perform secondary crushing on materials after coarse crushing.
