The common faults and solutions of crushers in daily life are as follows:

1. The temperature of the main bearing is too high. It may be that the grease is insufficient, so you need to add an appropriate amount of grease; the grease is contaminated, so you need to clean the bearing and replace the grease; the bearing is damaged, so you need to replace the bearing.

2. The discharge size is too large. It may be that the crushing teeth are excessively worn, so the crushing teeth need to be replaced or surfacing welding is required; if the side teeth are worn or fall off, they need to be replaced.

3. The vibration of the crusher increases. The bearing may be damaged, so please replace it; the gear coupling may be damaged, so please replace it;

4. Reduced processing capacity or insufficient power. If the hydraulic coupling is leaking, add a certain amount of No. 22 turbine oil or No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil. If the coupling is broken, it needs to be replaced with a new one. If the feeding is uneven, adjust the feeding.

5. Cannot automatically reverse. The sensor is incorrectly installed or damaged, adjust or replace the sensor; if the sensor lead or wiring is loose, connect the lead or tighten the wiring.

6. The sensor protection system fails. If the proximity switch is damaged or the wiring in the electric control cabinet is loose, you need to replace the switch or connect the wires according to the wiring diagram.

In order to keep the crusher in good working condition, reduce the failure rate, improve work efficiency and extend its service life, we need to do a good job in daily maintenance of the crusher, pay attention to the lubrication and bearing maintenance of the crusher equipment, and prevent the crusher from "strike".
