What are the common faults of plastic crushers?

Crusher blockage is one of the common faults of plastic crusher. The feeding speed is too fast and the load increases, which causes the plastic crusher to be blocked. During the feeding process, you should always pay attention to the large deflection angle of the ammeter pointer. If it exceeds the rated current, it indicates that the motor is overloaded. Long-term overload will burn the plastic crusher. In this case, you should immediately reduce or close the material door, or change the feeding method.

The discharge pipe is not smooth, the discharge pipe of the plastic crusher is not smooth or blocked. Feeding too fast will block the air outlet of the plastic crusher; improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the discharge pipe to be blocked after the wind is weakened or there is no wind. After finding the fault, you should first clear the delivery port, change the unmatched conveying equipment, and adjust the feed volume to make the equipment operate normally.

There are hard debris in the crushing chamber, the hammer is broken or there are hard debris in the crushing chamber. These will cause the plastic crusher rotor to rotate unbalanced and cause the plastic crusher to vibrate. Therefore, regular inspections are required. For severely worn hammers, they should be replaced symmetrically. If there is an abnormal sound during the operation of the plastic crusher, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the cause should be found and dealt with in time.
